Misanthropy 3.5 and 4.0

Hi, so quick update,

the 3.5v is now free and available to everyone.

there is also a 4.0v for $8 if you are interested in seeing that chapter early.

other updates - this is now an option in the menu that will allow you to adjust the gradient of the text-bar. you can now have it as light or as bold as you like. 

there is also an apk version, this is only avalible for the 4.0 and hasn't been fully tested so it might be quite buggy still, but i do intend on improving it down the line.

other than that, I am working on a reply gallery, but this will take some time to do and my schedule is already pretty hectic.
